The present invention provides an ultrasonic probe for obtaining an ultrasonic image and a manufacturing method thereof. According to ideas of the present invention, the ultrasonic probe comprises: a piezoelectric layer configured to generate ultrasonic waves； a transducer layer including a sound layer arranged in a lower part of the piezoelectric layer； and a matching layer arranged in an upper part of the piezoelectric layer.
