Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft neue, am N-Terminus mit einer Carboxyalkyl-Gruppe substituierte Derivate von Monomethylauristatin F, Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Derivate, die Verwendung dieser Derivate zur Behandlung und/oder Prävention von Krankheiten sowie die Verwendung dieser Derivate zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung und/oder Prävention von Krankheiten, insbesondere von hyperproliferativen und/oder angiogenen Erkrankungen wie beispielsweise Krebserkrankungen.
