PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of recognizing timing of blood flow information of a fundus of a subject eye in pulsation without requiring a sphygmograph.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: an AO-SLO part 110 for scanning a fundus Er of a subject eye E using illumination light 106-1, and imaging a first area of the fundus Er while correcting aberration of the subject eye E a WF-SLO part 120 for scanning the fundus Er of the subject eye E using measurement light 106-2, and imaging a second area of the fundus Er, which is wider than the first area and a computer 125 for calculating first blood flow information in at least one position of the first area using the images obtained from the imaging by the AO-SLO part 110, calculating time fluctuation of second blood flow information based on Doppler signals obtained during the imaging by the WF-SLO part 120, and calculating timing of the first blood flow information in pulsation based on the time fluctuation of the second blood flow information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】脈波計を必要とせずに、拍動における被検眼の眼底の血流情報のタイミングを把握することが可能な仕組みを提供する。【解決手段】被検眼Eの眼底Erを照明光106-1を用いて走査するとともに被検眼Eの収差を補正して眼底Erの第1のエリアを撮像するAO-SLO部110と、被検眼Eの眼底Erを測定光106-2を用いて走査して前記第1のエリアよりも広い眼底Erの第2のエリアを撮像するWF-SLO部120と、AO-SLO部110による撮像により得られた画像を用いて前記第1のエリアの中の少なくとも1つの位置における第1の血流情報を算出するとともに、WF-SLO部120による撮像の際に得られたドップラー信号に基づいて第2の血流情報の時間変動を算出し、前記第2の血流情報の時間変動に基づいて拍動における前記第1の血流情報のタイミングを算出するコンピュータ125を備える。【選択図】図1
