A semicylindrical apparatus for osteotomy according to the present invention comprises: a guide unit in which a tibia accommodation space accommodating the tibia is formed inside； a cutter unit moving the tibia accommodation space and cutting the tibia with a curved surface； and a driving unit driving the cutter unit. The semicylindrical apparatus for osteotomy approaches the side of the tibia and the guide unit is inserted so an exposed part of the bone is minimized and stability of operations is high. In addition, a compass saw moves along a slit of the guide unit so a semicylindrical broken bone surface can be easily and rapidly formed.본 발명에 따른 반원통형 절골술 기구는, 내측에 경골이 수용되는 경골 수용공간이 형성되는 가이드부； 상기 경골 수용공간을 이동하며, 경골을 만곡한 면으로 절단하는 커터부； 및 상기 커터부를 구동시키는 구동부를 포함한다.본 발명에 따른 반원통형 절골술 기구에 의하면, 경골의 측면으로 접근하여 가이드부를 삽입함으로써, 뼈의 노출부위를 최소화하여 수술의 안정성이 높다.또한 줄톱이 가이드부의 슬릿을 따라 이동함으로써, 반원통형의 절골면을 쉽고 빠르게 형성할 수 있다.
