PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to form an image of a skin structure with which a vascular network can be observed in a high resolution image of the skin structure and also changes in blood flow volume in the vascular network can be observed.SOLUTION: The method captures a laser microscopic moving image of skin, forms plural luminance difference images between frames of the moving image, adds up the luminance difference images, and thereby forms an image of blood flow. The method further combines the image of the blood flow and a confocal laser reflection microscopic image of the same region as the image of the blood flow, and thereby shows the image of the blood flow in the skin structure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】高分解能の皮膚構造の画像中に血管網を観察することができ、かつその血管網における血流量の変化も観察できる皮膚構造画像を形成する。【解決手段】皮膚のレーザー顕微鏡画像を動画で撮り、該動画のフレーム同士の輝度差画像を複数形成し、それら輝度差画像を加算することにより血流画像を形成する。さらに、血流画像と、該血流画像と同一部位の反射型共焦点レーザー顕微鏡画像とを合成することにより、皮膚構造中に血流画像を示す。【選択図】図1
