To provide a method for producing an azilsartan-containing tablet in which elution property of azilsartan, which is an active ingredient from a tablet being a solid pharmaceutical composition, is improved, and stability of the tablet is also improved.SOLUTION: A method for producing an azilsartan-containing tablet in which a mixture of azilsartan and filler is granulated by using binding liquid which consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polyethylene glycol, and purified water, and granulated granules are tabletted, in which azilsartan to be used has an average particle diameter of 10 to 20 μm, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polyethylene glycol used for binding liquid are: (a) hydroxypropylmethylcellulose having viscosity measured by a Brookfield-type viscometer at 20°C 2% aqueous solution is 2.5 to 5.1 mPa s； and (b) polyethylene glycol having the melting point of 20 to 90°C, and elution property of azilsartan from the tablet and stability thereof is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】固形医薬組成物である錠剤からの有効成分であるアジルサルタンの溶出性を改善し、錠剤の安定性をも改善したアジルサルタン含有錠剤の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】アジルサルタン及び賦形剤の混合物を、ヒプロメロース及びポリエチレングリコール、並びに精製水からなる結合液を用いて造粒し、造粒顆粒を打錠することからなるアジルサルタン含有錠剤の製造方法であって、用いるアジルサルタンが、平均粒子径１０～２０μｍであり、結合液に用いるヒプロメロース及びポリエチレングリコールとして、（ａ）２０℃において２％水溶液ブルックフィールド型粘度計において測定した粘度が２．５～５．１ｍＰａ・ｓであるヒプロメロースであり、（ｂ）融点が２０～９０℃であるポリエチレングリコールである、ことを特徴とする錠剤からのアジルサルタンの溶出性および安定性を改善した前記アジルサルタン含有錠剤の製造方法。【選択図】図３
