PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information reference device and a medical diagnosis support system capable of preventing oversights of a diagnosis.SOLUTION: The medical diagnosis support system includes a storage part 42 for storing image data generated by an image diagnostic device 10 and specimen data generated by a specimen inspection device 20 by inspecting a subject, a display part 43 for displaying the image data stored in the storage part 42, an input part 44 for inputting diagnostic reading information to the image data displayed in the display part 43, and a control part 45 for controlling the storage part 42 and the display part 43.
