PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifungal agent-containing external composition with high product value by improving adhesion retentivity and horn permeability of an antifungal agent.SOLUTION: It is found out that carboxy vinyl polymer and xanthan gum improve adhesion retentivity of a specific antifungal agent contained in an external composition, and have excellent horn permeability. Terbinafine hydrochloride is preferable as an antifungal agent of the invention. As formulations of external compositions of the invention includes a liquid drug, lotion, gel, milky liquid agent, cream, and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、抗真菌剤の付着滞留性及び角質浸透性を向上させ、製品価値の高い抗真菌剤含有外用組成物を提供することにある。【解決手段】カルボキシビニルポリマー及びキサンタンガムが、外用組成物中に含まれる特定の抗真菌剤の付着滞留性を向上させ、優れた角質浸透性を有することを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。本発明の抗真菌剤として好ましいのはテルビナフィン塩酸塩である。本発明の外用組成物の剤型としては、液剤、ローション剤、ゲル剤、乳液剤、クリーム剤などが挙げられる。【選択図】なし
