PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation not only promoting production of defensin or cathelicidin and having an antimicrobial property against bacteria, fungi and viruses on a skin or in an oral cavity or a digestive organ, but also effective for immunological enhancement, wound healing, and preventing or treating dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, inflammation, and diseases causing reduced levels in angiogenesis.SOLUTION: A defensin-production promotor, a cathelicidin-production promotor, and an antimicrobial agent can be obtained by containing one or more kinds of extracts selected from among an extract of Isodon japonicus, an extract of Arnica plant, an extract of gardenia fruit, an extract of Matricaria chamomilla, and extract of Prunus armeniaca kernel as effective ingredients.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
