THE APPARATUS (1) IS HAVING A HOLDER ASSEMBLY (2) WHICH PIVOTEDLY HOLDING IV DRIP BAG (4) SUCH THAT THE IV DRIP BAG (4) MAY SWING FREELY AND MAINTAIN IN ITS UPRIGHT POSITION REGARDLESS OF THE MOVEMENT OF THE PATIENT.
