Provided is an automatic harvesting device for Japanese mud shrimp, which comprises: a driving part formed in a wheel shape or an infinite orbit shape so as to be able to travel in front, back, left, and right on the ground； a main body installed at an upper side of the driving part to fixate a Japanese mud shrimp digging device so as to be opposite to the traveling direction of the driving part and a power supply device； a fixing frame installed on the main body so that the Japanese mud shrimp digging device can be connected and installed while being spaced apart from the main body； a height adjusting device connected to the fixing frame and moving in a vertical direction of the Japanese mud shrimp digging device to adjust the height； and an angle adjusting device connected to the fixing frame and the height adjusting device to adjust an angle of the Japanese mud shrimp digging. By having functions of removing young Japanese mud shrimp poor in quality and selecting only big and grown Japanese mud shrimp while cultivating tidal flats, it is possible to use and save the Japanese mud shrimp at the same time.지면상에서 전, 후, 좌, 우로 주행이 가능하도록 바퀴 형태 또는 무한궤도 형태로 형성되는 주행부； 상기 주행부 상측면에는 동력 공급장치와 상기 주행부의 운행방향과 상반되도록 쏙 채굴장치를 고정하는 본체가 설치되며； 상기 본체에 쏙 채굴장치가 본체와 이격되어 연결 설치 될 수 있도록 고정프레임이 설치되며； 상기 고정프레임과 연결되어 쏙 채굴장치의 수직상으로 이동하며 높낮이를 조절하는 높이조절장치； 상기 고정프레임 및 높이조절장치와 연결되어 쏙 채굴장치의 각도를 조절하는 각도 조절장치로 이루어진 쏙 자동 수확장치를 제공함으로써 갯벌을 경운함과 동시에 크기가 큰 성체 쏙만 걸러내고 상품성이 없는 어린 쏙은 제거하는 기능을 갖추고 있어 쏙 구제와 쏙의 이용을 동시에 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
