The present invention relates to the use of a mouse humanized with cells and / or tissues derived therefrom from an autoimmune patient, wherein the humanized autoimmune mouse according to the present invention is human cells that are well engrafted in mouse blood and various tissues. Since the autoimmune disease patient's immune status is well reflected, it can be used as a preclinical model for monitoring the patient's immune status, and can be used for screening for autoimmune disease treatment substances or skin transplant immunosuppressants.본 발명은 자가면역 환자의 세포 및/또는 이로부터 유래한 조직으로 인간화된 마우스의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 인간화된 자가면역 마우스는, 인간 세포가 마우스의 혈액 및 여러 조직에서 잘 생착되어 있으며, 자가면역 질환 환자의 면역 상태를 잘 반영하고 있으므로, 이를 환자의 면역 상태를 모니터링하기 위한 전임상 모델로 사용할 수 있을뿐만 아니라, 자가면역 질환 치료 물질 또는 피부 이식 면역억제제의 스크리닝에 이용할 수 있다.
