It is an object of the present invention to provide a patch and a patch preparation having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which does not blooming but has a high adhesive force even if the hydrophobic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains an organic fluid component having a high polarity. A patch comprising a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on at least one side of a support, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer comprising synthetic rubber having a viscosity average molecular weight of 1,700,000 to 6,500,000, a high polarity organic fluid component, a tackifier and magnesium metasilicate aluminate.
