PURPOSE: A cell carrier for immunosuppression is provided to allow physiologically active substances to penetrate, to block immunologic factors with selective permeability and to have enhanced physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A cell carrier for immunosuppression contains: cells； a hydrophilic polymer in which the cells are dispersed； and a biodegradable porous film coated on the hydrophilic polymer. A method for preparing the cell carrier comprises the steps of: dispersing the cells to the hydrophilic polymers； and coating the biodegradable porous film on the hydrophilic polymer.
