Certain electrolytes and common organic solvents are directly added into a sea cucumber extraction solution, thus forming an organic solvent/salt multiphase salting-out extraction system through the hydration of salt ions. Due to the difference in solubility, effective ingredients having different polarities in the sea cucumber are distributed in different proportions into each phase, thus separating and concentrating the effective ingredients. Salt and hydrophilic organic substances of low molecular weight are added, in a certain ratio, into the sea cucumber extraction solution, the solution is stirred evenly, and then allowed to stand or is centrifuged, thus forming a dual water phase; salt, hydrophilic organic substances of low molecular weight and hydrophobic organic substances are then added, in a certain ratio, into the sea cucumber extraction solution, the solution is stirred evenly, and allowed to stand or is centrifuged, thus forming a three-liquid phase salting-out extraction system.
