The present invention relates to a frame apparatus for three-dimensional human body scan for disabled persons and elderly persons and, more particularly, to a frame apparatus for three-dimensional human body scan for disabled persons and elderly persons which facilitates three-dimensional scan through a three-dimensional scanner by stably fixing arms and legs of disabled persons and elderly persons who have difficulty in maintaining a stationary posture due to behavioral incapability. The present invention includes: a main frame in which a plurality of unit frames are coupled with each other； a plurality of guide rails which are disposed in a length direction on the main frame； a moving frame which is disposed to be movable in a horizontal direction along the guide rail； a fixing strap which has first and second straps which are respectively disposed on one side of the upper portion of the main frame and an upper portion of the moving frame to fix proximal and distal portions of a human body, respectively； and a scanner tray which receives the three-dimensional scanner which is positioned in a lower portion inside the main frame and performs three-dimensional scan on the human body fixed with the fixing strip.본 발명은 장애인 및 노약자를 위한 3차원 인체 스캔용 프레임 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 거동이 불편하여 정적인 자세를 유지하기가 어려운 장애인 및 노약자의 팔과 다리를 안정적으로 고정시켜 3차원 스캐너를 통한 3차원 스캔을 편리하게 행할 수 있도록 하는 장애인 및 노약자를 위한 3차원 인체 스캔용 프레임 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 복수 개의 단위프레임의 결합으로 이루어진 메인프레임； 상기 메인프레임의 상부에 길이방향으로 설치되는 복수 개의 가이드레일； 상기 가이드레일을 따라 수평 이동 가능하게 설치된 이동프레임； 상기 메인프레임의 상부 일측과 상기 이동프레임의 상부에 각각 설치되어 인체의 근위부와 원위부를 각각 고정하는 제1스트랩과 제2스트랩으로 이루어진 고정스트랩； 및 상기 메인프레임의 내측 하부에 위치되어 상기 고정스트랩에 고정되는 상기 인체를 3차원 스캔하는 3차원스캐너가 안착되는 스캐너트레이；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장애인 및 노약자를 위한 3차원 인체 스캔용 프레임 장치를 기술적 요지로 한다.
