PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower rail traveling type sliding door device which opens/closes a doorway disposed on a gable surface of a vinyl house.SOLUTION: A lower rail is disposed along a lower edge of a doorway, and door rollers rolling on the lower rail are attached to a lower side frame forming a lower side of a sliding door. A lifting separation preventing stopper which prevents the sliding door from lifting separation is arranged at both positions neighboring to the door roller and sandwiching the lower rail. A lifting separation-preventing part which crosses over an upper surface side of the lifting-separation preventing stopper to prevent the sliding door from lifting and separating, is formed at a lower rail receiving metal fitting on which the lower rail is mounted and fixed thereto.【課題】ビニルハウスの妻面に設けられた出入り口を開閉する下レール走行型の引き戸装置を提供する。【解決手段】前記出入り口の下縁に沿って下レールが設置され、引き戸の下辺を形成する下辺フレームに、前記下レールの上に乗って転がる戸車が取り付けられ、同戸車の近傍で下レールを挟む両側位置に引き戸の浮き外れを防止する浮き外れ防止ストッパーが設けられており、下レールを載置して固定する下レール受け金具に、前記浮き外れ防止ストッパーの上面側へ交差して引き戸の浮き外れを防止する浮き外れ防止部が形成されている。【選択図】図１
