A pharmaceutical tablet composition includes an immediate-release layer, and a sustained-release layer. The immediate-release layer includes a first active pharmaceutical ingredient and an immediate-release carrier. The sustained-release layer includes a second active pharmaceutical ingredient and a sustained-release carrier, wherein the sustained-release carrier at least includes hypromellose having viscosity of 80,000 to 120,000 cps and Kollidon SR. Such a sustained-release layer has relatively prolonged sustained-release property and is not over-rigid in hardness.
