PURPOSE: A light surgical device and a control method thereof are provided to rapidly remove tissue and stop the bleeding by emitting light having different wavelengths. CONSTITUTION: A light generator(100) includes a first light generator(110) and a second light generator(120). The first light generator and the second light generator are composed of a resonator oscillating laser. A laser medium(111,121) is installed in the resonator. A total reflecting mirror(112,122) and a partially reflecting mirror(113,123) are installed on both ends of the laser medium. The first light generator emits light for cutting tissue. The second light generator generates light for stopping the bleeding the cut tissue.
