The device or instrument may include a tip portion, wherein the tip portion includes a first end portion a having an engaging member configured to engage a target of interest, an opposite, second end portion, and a body portion defined therebetween, the body portion including a resilient member configured to be elastically compressible up to a predetermined maximum compression level.
