PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument having a detachable and disposal functional part installed on the distal end of the instrument and ensuring good visibility by adjusting the angle thereof freely.SOLUTION: In a medical instrument 10A provided with a rod-shaped grip part 20 at a proximal end and a functional part 40A provided at the distal end and used for the medical practice, a shape memory part 30 formed of a rod-shaped shape memory alloy is provided between the grip 20 and the functional part 40A. The grip 20, the functional part 40A, and the shape memory part 30 are detachable from one another, and the shape memory part 30 in a straight form is stored, and the shape memory part 30 is bent for use as necessary.
