PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a tomographic image of an area necessary for diagnosis, in tomosynthesis imaging.SOLUTION: In this radiation imaging apparatus, the tomosynthesis imaging is performed while moving an X-ray tube 12, and an image acquisition unit 20 acquires a captured image G1 in a first irradiation position. A reconstruction range setting unit 32 sets a reconstruction range R0 by use of the captured image G1. Subsequently thereto, the tomosynthesis imaging is continued to acquire a plurality of captured images. A reconstruction unit 22 reconstructs the plurality of captured images such that the tomographic image is generated only inside the reconstruction range R0 to generate the tomographic image. A recording control unit 34 performs segmentation of a reconstruction region used in the reconstruction of the tomographic image from the plurality of captured images, acquires region information, and records the region information and images of the reconstruction region about the plurality of captured images into a recording medium 36.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】トモシンセシス撮影において、診断に必要な領域の断層画像を効率よく生成できるようにする。【解決手段】X線管12を移動させつつトモシンセシス撮影を行い、画像取得部20が最初の照射位置における撮影画像G1を取得する。再構成範囲設定部32が、撮影画像G1を用いて再構成範囲R0を設定する。これに続いて、トモシンセシス撮影を続けて複数の撮影画像を取得する。再構成部22が再構成範囲R0内においてのみ断層画像が生成されるように複数の撮影画像を再構成して、断層画像を生成する。記録制御部34が、複数の撮影画像から、断層画像の再構成に使用した再構成領域を切り出すとともに領域情報を取得し、複数の撮影画像についての再構成領域の画像および領域情報を記録媒体36に記録する。【選択図】図1
