The present invention relates to a replacement set for a heart valve, comprising an introducer sheath (13) of an introducer (1) or a delivery catheter (1 '), of reduced size compared to that of an introducer, intended to be introduced into an artery of a human body. The invention essentially consists in integrating the metal support of an electrode of the external pacemaker into the introducer sheath of an accessory catheter, arterial or peripheral venous, which is introduced into the peripheral artery or vein of a patient. The sheath of the accessory catheter according to the invention is therefore directly in contact with a peripheral artery or vein of the patient. La présente invention concerne un ensemble de remplacement d'une valve cardiaque, comprenant une gaine d'introduction (13) d'un introducteur (1) ou d'un cathéter de délivrance (1'), de taille réduite par rapport à celle d'un introducteur, destinée à être introduite dans une artère d'un corps humain. L'invention consiste essentiellement en l'intégration du support métallique d'une électrode du stimulateur cardiaque externe dans la gaine d'introduction d'un cathéter accessoire, artériel ou veineux périphérique, qui est introduite dans l'artère ou la veine périphérique d'un patient. La gaine du cathéter accessoire selon l'invention est donc directement en contact avec une artère ou veine périphérique du patient.
