Independent claims are also included for: (1) a device for preparing the composition, comprising apparatus for obtaining a platelet rich serum, a venous cannula and an outflow-side receiving container, where the receiving container is formed at least to separate the platelet rich serum and (2) cosmetic process for volume replacement under stabilization of connective tissue, comprising applying and injecting an endogenous platelet-containing composition in the weak connective tissue region of the skin of the same body.
