Выполняют разрез кожи, окаймляющий пупок, отступя 1,5-2 см от его центральной части, с его мобилизацией в виде воронки. Выполняют разрез 3 см апоневроза по белой линии живота выше пупка с переходом на пупочное кольцо. Устанавливают в разрез гибкий порт с тремя рабочими каналами. После ревизии подпеченочного пространства зажимом выполняют тракцию желчного пузыря. Клипируют и пересекают элементы шейки желчного пузыря. Удаляют желчный пузырь из брюшной полости. Производят санацию подпеченочного пространства и термокоагуляцию ложа. Дренирующий трубчатый выпускник выводят через пупок. Производят десуфляцию. Апоневроз послойно ушивают. Швы на кожу накладывают по периметру пупочного кольца. Способ позволяет обеспечить профилактику послеоперационных раневых осложнений, снизить травматичность, улучшить косметический эффект. 1 пр., 4 ил.
