PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the decline of throughput in a routine inspection configured of a plurality of photographing sequences.SOLUTION: The respective photographing sequences configuring the routine inspection are divided so that the maximum value of a time average SAR does not exceed the limit value of IEC, and the inspection is performed in the order by the unit of the divided photographing sequences (partial photographing sequences). The number of division is the minimum one in such a range that the time average SAR after the end of the respective partial photographing sequences does not exceed the limit value. The respective photographing sequences are equally divided, or are divided so as to prolong the execution time of the first division period of the photographing sequence desired to be ended first.
