The present invention relates to a separation method of purified bee venom, with inactivated phospholipase A2 and hyaluronidase. The separation method of purified bee venom comprises the steps of: i) diluting 1g of purified bee venom in 50-150 ml of sterilized and distilled water； ii) heating and boiling the diluted and purified bee venom solution for one to eight hours at the temperature of 65-85°；C in a constant-temperature water tank； iii) obtaining a cleaned solution by filtering the boiled and purified bee venom with 0.45 &mu；m of a membrane filter； and iv) freeze-drying the cleaned solution.본 발명은 i) 정제봉독 1g을 멸균증류수 50 내지 150 ml에 희석시키는 단계；ii) 상기 희석된 정제봉독액을 항온수조에서 65 내지 85 ℃ 의 온도로 1시간 내지 8시간 동안 중탕하는 단계； iii) 상기 중탕된 정제봉독액을 0.45 μm 멤브레인 필터로 여과하여 하청액을 얻는 단계； 및 iv) 상기 하청액을 동결건조하는 단계；를 포함하는 포스포리파아제 A2 및 히알루로니다아제가 불활성화된 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 봉독의 분리 방법에 관한 것이다.
