PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary shorts having leg openings in the femoral regions, stably retaining the shape of a sanitary napkin, or the like, with little displacement when the shorts are worn, and providing an excellent sense of wearing for a wearer.
SOLUTION: The sanitary shorts have a waist opening and a pair of leg opening located in the femoral regions when the shorts are worn. The shorts also have a crotch part at a crotch position in a girth, which covers the girth of the wearer composed of a front body portion, a side body portion and a rear body portion, in such a way as to divide the pair of leg openings. An inner crotch cloth to attach an absorbent article is joined to the girth cloth in such a way as to overlap the crotch part. The extensibility in the height direction of a buttocks region covering the swelling of the buttocks in the rear body portion of the girth is higher than the extensibility in the lower abdominal region of the front body portion.
