There are provided a cochlea implantsystem including an in the ear (ITE) speech processorand an implanted part. In the cochlea implant system,the speech processor and the implanted part transferand receive a signal by infrared data communication.The implanted part includes a receiving unit forreceiving an infrared signal from the speech processorto demodulate the infrared signal, a stimulation circuitunit for converting the demodulated signal into astimulation signal, an electrode array inserted into thecochlea to stimulate the auditory neurons by thestimulation signal, and a coil for receiving power fromthe outside through the RF power transmission. Theimplanted part can receive power from the outsidethrough the coil to be charged.
