The subject of the report is a haemodynamic pulsator for the reconstruction of the blood flow rate in natural and artificial blood vessels under ex vivo conditions, containing a horizontal, cylindrical body (1) closed on both sides with lids connected only to the ends of the body (1),inside which a roller (2) of variable diameter is placed in parallel with it, the middle part of which has a length equal to 2/3 the length of the roller and a diameter greater than the end diameter of its part comes into direct contact with the inner surface of the cylindrical body (1). Ring seals are fitted to the end parts with a smaller diameter of the reel (2) respectively (14, 15) so that one of the members of each of these seals (14, 15) attaches the part of the reel (2) with a larger diameter to the forehead and the outer surface of each of these seals (14,15) attaches tightly to the internal surface of the body (1). The ends of the reel (2) are fixed rotationally in axis, transverse holes (25, 32) in the lids and on one end of the reel (2),outside the body (1) is a seated belt wheel (21),positioned at this end of the reel (2) by means of a screw twisted into a rectangular axial hole made at the end of the reel (2). The belt wheel (21) is fitted with a wedge belt connected to an electric motor. In the transverse, reciprocating rolling mill aperture (2),made of a part with a larger cylinder diameter (2),half the length of the reel (2) perpendicular to its axis of rotation is twisted, the compression chamber (20),the upper end of which is placed in the transverse orifice (27) in the body wall (1),is tightly connected to one end of the co-axis with this suction chamber (7),the other end of which is connected by a reciprocating valve (8),with ball valve (9) to bring liquid to the pressure chamber (20). Bottom end of the pressure chamber (20),placed in a passage hole (26) in the body wall (1),is tightly connected to one end of the codend with this compression chamber (3),the other en
