According to an embodiment of the present invention, the craniosacral therapy applied pelvis pillow for seating comprises a pillow main body erected to face a back of a chair. The pillow main body comprises a lumbar supporter, a gluteal support part, a sacral support part and lateral surface support parts. The lumbar support part is erected to face the back of the chair and support the waist of a user. The gluteal support part is placed on a seat plate of the chair and faces a gluteal muscle of the user. The sacral support part is formed on a position receiving a medial sacral crest of the user, is recessed to support the sacrum of the user, and is positioned between the lumbar support part and the gluteal support part. The lateral surface support parts vertically protrude from left and right ends of the gluteal support part while having a long shape to support the waist of the user.
