PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing device that enables a line defect due to disconnection not to be successively generated even when a scan line unable to read out image data arising from the disconnection and the like exists.SOLUTION: A radiation image photographing device 1 includes control means 22 for causing scan drive means 15 and a read-out circuit 17 to perform a read-out process of image data D from each of radiation detection elements 7 by controlling the scan drive means 15 and the read-out circuit 17.
