PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue agent or a physical strength improver for drugs and foods which contains an extract of Corchorus olitorius.
SOLUTION: The anti-fatigue agent or a physical strength improver includes an enzyme treated Corchorus olitorius extract and a drug or a food includes the anti-fatigue agent or the physical strength improver. The enzyme treated Corchorus olitorius extract may be a Corchorus olitorius enzyme-treated extract solution after treating a Corchorus olitorius solution with an enzyme, may be a diluted solution of the Corchorus olitorius enzyme-treated extract solution or may be a solid material obtained by drying the Corchorus olitorius enzyme-treated extract solution. The enzyme includes a protease.
