Disclosed is a Keras system based on deep learning using a camera. According to the present invention, the present invention relates to a guiding and safe walking system which provides various information for the visually impaired, and more specifically, to a guiding and safe walking system figuring out and guiding an object which is currently located in front of the visually impaired through camera recognition and deep learning； proceeding the information of where a person is using a technology of recognizing a face； and allowing the visually impaired to avoid risk factors when walking using an image distance measurement technology.본 발명은 카메라를 이용한 Deep learning 기반의 Keras 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면 시각 장애인을 위한 여러 정보를 알려주는 안내 및 안전한 보행 시스템 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는, 카메라 인식과 DEEP LEARNING 시스템을 이용하여 현재 장애인 앞에 있는 물건을 파악 안내와 얼굴 인식 기술을 이용하여 장애인한테 사람은 누구인지의 대한 정보를 진행하고, 영상 거리 측정 기술을 이용하여 장애인이 보행 시 위험요소를 피할 수 있다.
