PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent for oral administration for treating inflammatory bowel diseases is provided to improve absorption and to effectively treat colon-specific diseases. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent of oral administration for inflammatory bowel diseases is produced by coating cell permeable NF-kappa B peptide with a polymer with colon targetability. The cell permeable peptide is Tat, KFGF or YGR. The polymer with colon targetability is azo-containing polyurethaneazo-containing polyurethane. The azo-containing polyurethaneazo-containing polyurethane is one or more copolymer selected from chemical formulas 1-3.본 발명은 경구용 염증성 장질환 치료제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 세포투과성 펩타이드와 NFkB 경로차단 펩타이드를 결합시켜 세포투과성을 지닌 NFkB 경로차단 펩타이드를 결장표적성를 가진 고분자물질로 코팅 처리한 경구용 염증성 장질환 치료제로서, 세포투과성 펩타이드를 NFkB 경로차단 펩타이드에 결합시켜 염증조직 내로의 흡수성을 향상시키고 동시에 결장표적성를 가진 고분자물질 예를 들어, 아조폴리머로 코팅하여 결장표적성을 지니게 함으로써 결장 특이적인 질환의 치료에 매우 효과적이면서도 전신 부작용을 줄일 수 있어 염증성 장질환 치료를 위해 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
