PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chisel used for an operation using a percutaneous endoscopic apparatus, that is made larger in size than the conventional one and is made to reach the side edge of an outer cylinder.SOLUTION: The instrument is cylindrical and has an internal diameter a little larger than the external diameter of the outer cylinder for the percutaneous endoscopic apparatus. A part of a distal portion of the instrument is a cutting blade and the other parts are obliquely cut, and a hand portion includes a projection for hitting and a projection for gripping.
