PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump accurately preventing free flow caused by wrong operation or the like by a healthcare worker such as a nurse.SOLUTION: A clamp holding portion 113 for holding a roller clamp 7 for opening and closing an infusion tube, is provided at a pump body 11, the roller clamp 7 is held at the clamp holding portion 113, and the roller clamp 7 has a roller 72 partially exposed externally, while a door 12 is closed. When the door 12 is closed (locked state), the door 12 is configured not to be opened until the roller 72 of the roller clamp 7 is operated to be positioned at a tube closed position, so that the free flow caused by wrong operation during or after infusion, is accurately prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】看護師等の医療従事者の操作ミス等に起因するフリーフローを確実に防止することが可能な輸液ポンプを実現する。【解決手段】輸液チューブを閉塞または開放するローラクランプ7を保持するためのクランプ保持部113をポンプ本体11に設け、そのクランプ保持部113にローラクランプ7を保持し、扉12を閉鎖した状態で、ローラクランプ7のローラ72の一部が外部に露出する構造とする。そして、扉12が閉鎖状態(ロック状態)のときには、ローラクランプ7のローラ72をチューブ閉塞位置に操作しない限りは、扉12を開放できない構造とすることで、輸液中や輸液終了後の誤った操作によるフリーフローを確実に防止する。【選択図】図7
