PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hygienic functional black soybean milk is provided to offer functional black soybean milk by mixing active particles of hygienic black soybean spermoderm with milk, and high pressure homogenization or flash pasteurization.CONSTITUTION: A mixed milk solution is manufactured by mixing milk with active particles of hygienic black soybean spermoderm having particle diameter of 1000MESH as much as 3% of milk amount pouring the mixture in a preliminary mixing tank and stirring the mixture at 1600RPM. The mixed milk solution is applied with high pressure in a high pressure homogenizer for manufacturing functional black soybean milk.
