The present invention relates to a tubular fabric useful for hoses used to transfer fluid and powder and protect wire-like materials such as wires, cables, and electric wire tubing, tubular filters, base materials for artificial blood vessels, and the like. Provided is a tubular fabric that is woven by interlacing warp yarn and weft yarn and has a difference in outer diameter of 10% or less in the warp direction of the tubular fabric, wherein the following formula is satisfied: (L2 - L1)/L1 = 0.1 wherein L1 is a distance between marked lines when compressive stress of 0.01 cN/dtex is applied in the warp direction of the tubular fabric with the marked lines drawn on the outer circumference of the tubular fabric at a distance five times the maximum value for the fabric outer diameter measured in a state where stress is not applied to the tubular fabric, and L2 is the distance between the marked lines during elongation at a stress of 0.01 cN/dtex in the warp direction of the tubular fabric with the marked lines drawn on the outer circumference of the tubular fabric at a distance five times the maximum value for the fabric outer diameter measured in a state where stress is not applied to the tubular fabric.
