Attributes include temperature, pressure, microbial count, provenance, nutritional content. Tracking occurs throughout the supply chain, by means of sensors and other "Internet Of Things" enabled devices. Furthermore, present invention enables long duration shipping of such liquids without refrigeration, which immensely reduces the cost. Real time tracking is designed to specifically minimise counterfeiting and dilution, prove provenance and achieve a level of food safety and quality unachievable from non-real time monitoring. Real time monitoring generates reports in a non-disputable format that meets full needs of the importing customer and the importing governments compliance requirements.
