PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which comprises a preferable wearing feeling, and which can suppress leakage of an excretion.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper comprises: an absorber body a back side waistline part which is positioned on one end side of the absorber body and an abdominal side waistline part 30 which is positioned on the other end side of the absorber body. The disposable diaper comprises a cut part 40 on an upper end of the abdominal side waistline part in a vertical direction and on a center part of the abdominal side waistline part in a lateral direction. Plural elastic members which are along the lateral direction are arranged on the abdominal side waistline part. A first area 34 along the lateral direction and a second area 35 which is positioned on a lower side of the first area in the vertical direction and is along the lateral direction, are provided between a lower end of the cut part and an upper end of an absorbent core, in the vertical direction.
