PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher improved in processing efficiency of a processing chamber.SOLUTION: A threshing cylinder 16 rotates in a threshing chamber 15 centering around a rotation shaft 17. A cut-ear processing device 29 includes a processing cylinder 30 rotating centered around a rotation shaft 32 almost parallel with the rotation shaft 17 of the threshing cylinder 16 and gets the processing items generated by rotation of the threshing cylinder 16 cast. In a sorting apparatus, the processing items processed with the cut-ear processing device 29 are cast to sort clean grains unneeded in reprocessing and tailings needing the reprocessing. A tailing returning conveyor 46 transfers the tailings sorted with the sorting apparatus to the upper side of the cut-ear processing device 29. A tailing guide path 48 throws the tailings released from a releasing hole 47 of the tailing returning conveyor 46 into the cut-ear processing device 29 while guiding in the direction along the rotation shaft 32 of the processing cylinder 30.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】処理室の処理効率を向上させた脱穀装置を提供する。【解決手段】扱胴16は、扱室15内において、回転軸17を中心として回転する。穂切れ処理装置29は、扱胴16の回転軸17と略平行な回転軸32を中心として回転する処理胴30を有し、扱胴16の回転により発生した被処理物が投入される。選別装置は、穂切れ処理装置29で処理された被処理物が投入され、再処理が不要な一番物と、再処理が必要な二番物と、を選別する。二番還元コンベア46は、選別装置で選別された二番物を、穂切れ処理装置29の上方まで搬送する。二番案内通路48は、二番還元コンベア46の放出口47から放出された二番物を、処理胴30の回転軸32に沿った方向に案内しつつ穂切れ処理装置29に投入する。【選択図】図4
