The present invention includes: a main body which is provided with a heat insulating member in the upper part of the inside； a heat source generator which is positioned at a distance from the main body and generates cold air or heat which is a heat source； a tube which has a part piped at the heat insulating member of the main body and has another part connected to the heat source generator； a mat plate which covers the heat insulating member and has excellent thermal conductivity； heat transfer liquid which transfers a heat source generated in the heat source generator to the mat plate of the main body while circulating inside the tube； and a control unit which controls the heat source generator.
