PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing method for mass-producing a toothbrush having the same shape and effect at a low cost, the tooth brush being durable for long term use and configured to arrange bristle in rows and columns, to have short center rows and outer rows inclined inward at an angle within 10 degrees to hold the tooth row, while allowing a user to repair it easily.SOLUTION: When a toothbrush body is molded with a thermoplastic synthetic resin, all holes of bristles are vertically formed in an implant surface, and the center bristle rows are shaven to a half those of a usual toothbrush, and long bristles are implanted in the outer rows, and the bristle of the outer row is covered with a correction cap to be inclined inward, and treated by heating at 90°C.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯ブラシのブリッスルが行と列によって構成され、中央列が短く刈り込まれ、外側列が10°位内側に傾斜する所謂歯列を挟んで磨く歯ブラシは、使用効果は有るものゝ製造コストが掛かり安価に提供し得ないので、同じ形体、効用で量産し得て、安価に供給し得るようにし、且つ長期間使用し得るよう使用者でも容易に修復出来るようにする。【解決手段】歯ブラシ躯体を熱可塑性合成樹脂により成型する際に、全植毛孔を植毛面に垂直に設け、中央列植毛は通常の歯ブラシの半分位に刈り、外側列に長く植毛し、外側列ブリッスルを内側に傾ける匡整キャップを被せ、90℃位で加熱処理する。【選択図】図7
