PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fibroblast growth-promoting substance capable of acting on skin fibroblasts and promoting growth thereof.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a fibroblast growth-promoting substance. The method comprises a process of obtaining a parsley leaf extract using parsley leaves and a solvent； and a process of culturing precursor fat cells.
