The present invention relates to an anticancer aid containing loperamide as an active ingredient. More specifically, a proteasome inhibitor alone does not exhibit an anticancer effect in solid cancers and some blood cancers, however when the proteasome inhibitor and loperamide are co-administered or a composition containing both the proteasome inhibitor and loperamide is provided, the cancer cell apoptosis by the proteasome inhibitor can be effectively induced, thereby showing an improved anticancer effect, reducing side effects due to a high-concentration of the proteasome inhibitor, and enhancing anticancer effects in solid cancers and blood cancers. Therefore, a composition containing a proteasome inhibitor and loperamide as active ingredients according to the present invention can be useful for prevention or treatment of cancer disease, and the loperamide can be provided as an anticancer aid when the proteasome inhibitor is used to treat cancer disease.본 발명은 로페라마이드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항암활성 보조제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 프로테아좀 저해제 단독으로는 고형암과 일부 혈액암에서 항암효과를 나타내지 못하지만, 로페라마이드를 함께 투여하거나, 로페라마이드를 함께 포함하는 조성물로 제공되면 프로테아좀 저해제의 암세포 사멸을 효과적으로 유도하여 향상된 항암효과를 나타낼 수 있으며, 고농도의 프로테아좀 저해제에 의한 부작용을 감소시키면서 고형암과 혈액암의 항암효과를 증진시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 프로테아좀 저해제 및 로페라마이드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 암질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 로페라마이드는 프로테아좀 저해제를 사용하는 암질환 치료 시 항암 보조제로 제공될 수 있다.
