PURPOSE: A laryngoscope is provided to prevent the generation of steam due to temperature difference between a camera pickup part and the inside the oral cavity by spraying gas through a spray diffusion guide.CONSTITUTION: A blade(13) is connected to a main body. The blade is inserted into a target portion through the oral cavity of a patient. A camera pickup part(44) is arranged within a first internal channel formed inside the blade and takes a photograph of an image. A pollution protection part(70) is arranged on a tip-end part of the blade. The pollution protection part comprises a spray nozzle which includes a spray diffusion guide. The spray nozzle is arranged in a second internal channel formed within the blade and is connected to an external gas supply source.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013촬상부를 갖는 후두경에서 환자의 기도 확보나 삽관 튜브의 삽입시 촬상부에 김이 서리거나 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 한 오염 방지부를 구비한 후두경이 개시된다. 후두경은, 본체 본체에 연결되고, 환자의 구강을 통해 목적 부위에 삽입되는 블레이드 블레이드 내에 형성된 제1내부채널 내에 배치되고, 영상을 촬상하는 촬상부 및 블레이드의 선단부에 배치되고 촬상부를 향해 가스를 확산시켜 분사하는 분사확산 가이드를 갖는 분사노즐을 구비하는 오염 방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
