The present invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical composition of benproperine derivatives for preventing and treating angiogenesis-related diseases. The benproperine derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof according to the present invention inhibit cancer cell migration and the angiogenesis of vascular endothelial cells, and therefore can be effectively used not only as an anticancer agent, but also as an agent for preventing and treating diseases caused by abnormal angiogenesis, such as diabetic retinopathy and corneal transplant rejection.본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤프로페린(benproperine) 유도체의 암 및 혈관신생-관련 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 벤프로페린 유도체 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 암세포의 이동을 억제하고 혈관내피세포의 혈관형성을 저해함으로써 항암제로서 뿐만 아니라, 당뇨병성 망막증, 각막 이식 거부 등과 같이 비정상적 혈관신생으로 야기되는 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
