Described embodiments include an apparatus that includes an intrabody catheter and a distal handle-piece connected to the intrabody catheter. The distal handle-piece includes a distal-handle-piece connector configured to reversibly electrically couple the distal handle-piece to a proximal handle-piece via a proximal-handle-piece connector of the proximal handle-piece, such that the proximal handle-piece and the distal handle-piece are held adjacent to one another.
