The control box controls to allow the compressor to suck air via the exhaust hose, thereby generating a vacuum state inside the hair cap, and controls to allow the compressor to discharge air via the injection hose so the hair growth agent and the air are injected into the hair cap through the hair growth agent inlet according to the control of the control valve. Accordingly, the whole hair of the user can be cared. According to the present invention, provided is the hair growth apparatus for alleviating hair loss conditions, creating hair growth conditions and growing hair, which allows the exhaust time for waste matter elimination to become longer as steps of a hair loss treatment procedure are repeated, wherein the same exhaust pressure is applied during all the steps where hair loss treatment is performed and which allows a subsequent hair loss treatment procedure to be performed under an exhaust pressure which is higher than an exhaust pressure applied during a previous loss treatment procedure preformed previously.
